Will I be charged today?
That depends on the plan you pick. Annual, pay now, Monthly and Lifetime are charged today. Annual, free week charges $0 today: your card secures the 7-day trial, the first charge comes after it ends, and you can cancel before then.
What happens after the free trial?
On Annual, free week, your annual plan starts after 7 days at the price shown at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
What's included in the subscription?
Everything, one flat price. All 10 chart/candle types, built-in indicators, watchlists, split screen, XLSX/CSV/JSON exports, and AI integrations are included. There are no feature tiers.
What is the 1-Hour, 1:1 Training Session?
An optional $20 one-time add-on: one hour on Zoom with a professional trader to get connected to your data provider, broker, or alt data and learn how to turn your chart data into trading rules.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks and you won't be billed again. Lifetime is one payment with nothing to cancel. Everything you've exported is yours to keep.
Does the price include market data?
No. You bring your own data through your broker or data provider subscription. Prices also don't include sales tax where it applies.
Which brokers and data providers does it work with?
You connect your own broker or data provider locally with your own keys: Interactive Brokers, Schwab, Alpaca, and market-data APIs like Alpha Vantage, Finnhub, and Twelve Data. Your credentials stay on your device.
Does MyLinedChart place trades?
No. MyLinedChart is read-only. It reads your chart and marks it up, and it never sends orders or touches your brokerage account.
How is checkout handled?
Checkout uses encrypted payment processing via Stripe. Your card is stored securely and never shared.
