What you need

An account with a supported broker or data provider, plus your own API or OAuth keys (or a local gateway like IBKR's TWS / IB Gateway). No separate data subscription from us, no second broker.

How it works

The desktop app connects to your provider over their official API and reads your charts and workspace locally. You keep full control of your account and credentials.

Which brokers and data providers does MyLinedChart support?

Interactive Brokers (IBKR), Charles Schwab, Alpaca, Bybit, Alpha Vantage, Finnhub, Twelve Data, EODHD, Financial Modeling Prep, Marketstack, and Massive (formerly Polygon.io), with more added on request.

How does MyLinedChart connect to my broker?

Through the built-in Connector, using your own API or OAuth keys, or a local gateway like IBKR's TWS / IB Gateway. The connection runs on your device.

My data provider isn't listed. Can you add it?

Yes. Use the request form on this page. We usually add requested brokers and data providers within 24 hours and email you when yours is ready.

Does MyLinedChart sell or host market data?

No. You bring your own data subscription and your chart data comes straight from your provider. We never resell or host market data.

Do my account credentials leave my machine?

Never. Credentials and API keys stay local to your device and are never sent to MyLinedChart servers.
