Unusual Whales GEX Levels on Your IBKR Chart: Import Them with AI

Unusual Whales shows GEX and Greek-exposure levels in its dashboard, with an API on the upper tier, but neither draws on a native IBKR chart. Here is how to bring them onto IBKR with MyLinedChart and AI.

Unusual Whales gives you GEX, DEX, vanna, and charm exposure in a web dashboard, with a REST API available on its higher tier. What it does not do is put those levels on a native IBKR chart. If IBKR is where you trade, here is how to bring them across.

How Unusual Whales hands over its levels

The entry tier is a web dashboard: you read the GEX, call walls, and put walls off the screen. The upper tier adds a REST API with per-strike exposure endpoints. Neither one draws on an IBKR chart.

So the numbers are there, but getting them onto your IBKR chart is still on you.

Two ways to get them onto IBKR

If you have the API tier, point your AI at the Unusual Whales exposure endpoint and it draws the levels on your live IBKR chart in MyLinedChart, each line confirmed by you.

If you are on the dashboard tier, screenshot the GEX page and let your AI read the numbers off the image and draw them. The AI only draws, it never places a trade and never touches your account.

Then the levels are part of your chart

Once the Unusual Whales levels are on your IBKR chart, they sit with your own drawings and notes and export together as JSON, XLSX, or CSV.

FAQ

Do I still need an Unusual Whales subscription?

Yes. You bring your own Unusual Whales data. MyLinedChart brings it onto your IBKR chart.

Do I need the API tier?

No. The API is the smoothest route if you have it, but you can screenshot the dashboard and let your AI read the levels off it instead.

Does the AI place any trades?

No. It only draws on your chart, every change is confirmed by you, and it never touches your account or orders.
